Companies will often hire graphic artists or technical people to build their site. We believe that few things are as dangerous to a company's image as placing the perception of the company in the hands of someone who does not have the means, training or inclination to properly develop a company's outward perception.

  1. What is the goal of your site? What has to be done to consider your site a "success"?
  2. Based on feedback from your sales force, which parts of your current site have been most effective in generating calls or "next step" contact and why?
  3. Does your site generate the right perception of your capabilities to your customers? To your competitors?
  4. Describe the nature of the customer base that you are seeking to reach.
    • Why are these customers attractive to your business?
    • Is the methodology used to reach these clients the same as those needed to reach your current clients?
  5. Are you considered an authority in your field? Why or why not?

These questions are pivotal in gathering sufficient information to develop a site that meets your needs today and for years to come.
